The roots of South Mountain Memory Care run deep in the Lehigh Valley. Founder Bill Wall is the current owner of AP Houser and Valley Builders, two esteemed companies with history dating back to 1912. Bill grew up in the family business working alongside his grandfather Sam Landis, Sr. until illness sidelined the patriarch. Bill took the reins and continued to build on the success of the organization as a legacy to his grandfather. It is these community ties and dedication to his grandfather’s memory that have led Bill to build a community where loved ones could have the peace of mind that their elders will receive proper care.

Vickie has spent over 35 years serving the seniors of the Lehigh Valley. She has an Associate’s Degree Applied Science and has been a nurse since 1980. She has a Certificate in Gerontology and received her Personal Care Home Administrators certification in 1998 and her Assisted Living certification in 2010. She has served as past president on the Association of Personal Care Administrators (APCA) and, as a member of the PA Health Care Association (PHCA), she has served on the Education Committee providing continuing education to PC and AL Administrators throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
In addition to taking care of the seniors in her community, Vickie loves spending time at the shore with her husband, her 3 daughters, her son and two son-in laws and her, “pride and joy”, and first grandchild, Alexander.

Megan has a background in Human Resources and Business Operations. A native of Emmaus, Megan is thrilled to be a part of bringing personalized, compassionate care to the community where she grew up. As Business Services Director, Megan will be your contact for any and all billing and account questions. If you are looking for a tour, Megan will be happy to show you around the beautiful new community and answer all of your questions. When Megan is not in the business office, she enjoys spending time at the beach in Avalon, NJ with her husband and boxer dog, Calvin.

Cheryl has been in the foodservice industry for over 30 years. Early in her career she assisted dieticians throughout the Lehigh Valley making sure residents’ nutritional needs were met. Discovering that she had a true passion to cook and bake with the help of family they opened a restaurant for several years but she really missed the daily interaction she had with residents which brought her here to SMMC of course with a little help from Joe Cimerola.
When she is not in the kitchen cooking or planning the next family and friend get together you can find her enjoying time with her husband, son, daughter-in-law and grandpuppy Kallie.

Kristin has been working in the healthcare industry for 10 years with the last 3 years working specifically in memory care. She has spent the majority of her career working with seniors, both as a therapist and activities director. She is passionate about her work and strives to maintain an engaging and diverse activities program that maximizes capabilities and enriches the lives of each and every resident. Kristin is a Registered Art Therapist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Certified Educator for Ageless Grace. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, kayaking, baking, and spending time with her two dogs.

Maggie is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Health Administration. She has extensive professional experience in healthcare marketing and sales in the greater Lehigh Valley area. She has sold an array of products and services, such as pharmaceuticals and medical products, but her true passion is helping the most vulnerable population, seniors! Her goal as Director of Marketing at South Mountain Memory Care, is to help seniors and their families struggling with memory care issues find the best, most compassionate care right in the local community. 
Maggie and her husband live in Seemsville and have raised four children. She loves music and dancing, and is a huge sports enthusiast.

Catherine has worked in personal care for seven years. She earned her nursing degree at Penn State University and is a Personal Care Home Administrator. Catherine enjoys working with seniors and is excited about expanding her horizons into the specialization of Memory Care. In her spare time Catherine enjoys spending time with her two teenage sons and showing her dogs.
